We’re hiring a Finance Director to join the Board and act as a strategic partner to the CEO.
This is not a maintenance FD role.
This is a growth, scale and value-creation opportunity.
What you’ll do:
- Shape financial strategy and long-term growth planning
- Lead commercial modelling (new sites, franchise expansion, potential acquisitions)
- Own budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and CAPEX
- Strengthen governance, reporting and controls
- Partner with investors and support funding strategy
- Build scalable systems and a high-performing finance team
What we’re looking for:
- Proven senior finance leadership experience in an SME or high-growth business
- Multi-site and consumer-facing experience
- PE / VCT exposure and Board-level confidence
- Commercially sharp, hands‑on and comfortable operating at pace
