We’re recruiting a Field Service Engineer to cover the South M4 corridor, with candidates ideally based between Cardiff and Reading. Join a well-established, growing business that invests in its people.
The Role
Deliver reactive maintenance and installations across software, electrical, and mechanical systems. Work with leading pharmaceutical and electronics clients, building strong relationships and adding value on-site. Includes occasional international travel for onboarding and training in the US and Europe. Average of 2 nights away per week.

Requirements
- NVQ/HNC/HND (or equivalent)
- 2+ years’ Field Service experience
- Experience working on manufacturing equipment in a multi-skilled capacity (automation experience desirable)
- Willing to travel (2-3 nights/week)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Full right to work in the UK (no sponsorship required)

£40,000-£50,000 DOE | 24 days + banks | 5% pension | Training & development | Company vehicle (personal use) | Life insurance
