Data Governance Analyst

We are partnering with an organisation in the insurance industry who are looking for a Data Governance Analyst to join a lean, growing team and play a key role in operationalising data governance, enhancing data quality, and supporting the rollout of AI initiatives across the business.

The Role

• Take ownership of moving existing data governance frameworks from design into full implementation, ensuring they are embedded effectively across the organisation.
• Working closely with business stakeholders, analytics teams, and offshore support in improving data quality and driving adoption of governance best practices.
• Support the development of AI use cases, policies, standards and procedures as well as the development of AI frameworks.
• Identify data issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation
• Engage and influence stakeholders to drive adoption and accountability

Experience Required:

• Proven experience implementing data governance and data quality frameworks – ESSENTIAL
• Exposure drafting policies, standards and procedures around AI
• Confident working in a business-facing capacity, engaging with non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable working in a lean environment with high levels of autonomy
