Overview
Salary: £To be confirmed on application (our client has asked for this not to be advertised).
Location: Reading Full time, up to 2 days per week on site & remainder remote working. Will be at least 1 day per week onsite, with touch points as needed.

- Experience in an HR or HR operations environment with exposure to HR data and systems (Workday, Oracle, SAP, SuccessFactors, iTrent, or similar).
- Good communication skills with the ability to present data clearly to Team as requested.

- Strong analytical skills with confidence working with metrics
- Excellent Excel skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Good communication skills with the ability to present data clearly to Team. No external presentations required
- Can articulate to non-tech stakeholders.
- Articulation of data as requested, e.g. burn down, MI, graphs, quality reviews, and audit.
- Experience improving processes or supporting HR system enhancements.

- Planning and organisation
Desirable
- Experience creating dashboards (Power BI is a plus).
- Experience working in a secure, government or regulated environment.
- Understanding of HR policies, processes and data definitions.
