Billing Operations Manager

Camino Partners are delighted to be partnering with a global, high-growth professional services firm that specialises in supporting organisations with senior-level talent and strategic advisory solutions. Operating across multiple international markets, the business has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality outcomes to a diverse client base.

With continued expansion and increasing operational complexity, they are now looking to strengthen their finance function with the addition of a Billing Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the end-to-end billing (Order-to-Cash) process across multiple entities
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing in line with client agreements and requirements
• Act as the key point of contact for resolving billing queries with both internal teams and clients
• Partner closely with sales teams to support timely billing and cash collection
• Manage customer onboarding from a billing and operational perspective
• Work alongside credit control to improve cash collection and reduce aged debt
• Review and enhance billing processes to drive efficiency, scalability, and accuracy

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience within a billing / Order-to-Cash role, ideally in a professional services environment
• Strong understanding of invoicing, revenue processes, and cash collection cycles
• Confident communicator with the ability to work closely with commercial teams
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
