Nordic Private Credit Analyst

My client is a tier 1 mid-market asset management firm with close to £30 billion in assets under management. They are looking for a Analyst to join their Private Credit team in London to cover the Nordic region.

You will assist in sourcing, analysing, and managing debt investment opportunities and be involved throughout the deal lifecycle across multiple strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis, cash flow modelling, and credit risk assessment.
• Support due diligence, including industry research and management meetings.
• Assist in structuring and executing lending transactions.
• Prepare investment memos for credit committee review.
• Monitor portfolio performance and identify risks or opportunities.
• Collaborate with senior team members to source new deals.

Qualifications

• Nordic language skills are required
• 1-2 years of experience in Leveraged Finance/ Debt Advisory/ Restructuring/ M&A/ Private Credit
• Strong financial modelling skills and understanding of credit structures.
