You’ll oversee everything from office operations and vendor management to IT coordination and team experience, working closely with senior leadership and the Head of People.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Running the day-to-day office operations—keeping everything smooth, organised, and high standard
- Managing key vendors and landlord relationships
- Owning office budget, procurement, expenses, and subscriptions
- Leading office moves and space planning projects
- Acting as the go-to for IT coordination, onboarding, and equipment setup
- Creating a great office experience—events, socials, and team initiatives
- Supporting meetings, guests, and stepping in on front-of-house when needed
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years’ experience in a hands-on Office Manager role (25+ people)
- Background in professional services, consultancy, or similar fast-paced environments
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable working independently
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident managing vendors, budgets, and multiple priorities
- Solid IT confidence—able to troubleshoot and coordinate support
- Friendly, professional, and service-driven
