Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute regional channel strategies aligned with corporate growth objectives.
Enable and scale existing partners through joint business planning, pipeline development, and performance reviews.
Recruit, onboard, and develop new resellers and Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs) to expand market coverage.
Drive Cloud Security SaaS revenue through partner-led and direct enterprise sales engagements.
Support strategic high-value enterprise opportunities to grow subscription-based recurring revenue.
Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to execute integrated go-to-market strategies.
Lead, mentor, and develop channel managers across ASEAN markets.
Define KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure alignment with regional revenue and growth targets.
Build a high-performance, collaborative, and accountable team culture.
Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers, distributors, and strategic partners.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine commercial strategies.
Represent the company at industry events, partner engagements, and regional business initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
8–12 years of experience in vendor-side sales or channel leadership, preferably within Cloud SaaS or cybersecurity solutions.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies and subscription-based business models.
Proven experience in direct enterprise sales and account management.
Demonstrated success in building and scaling partner ecosystems.
Experience managing commercial or channel operations across ASEAN or APAC markets is highly desirable.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
