We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the development of Sales, Distribution, Logistics and Finance processes within the EU IT organisation.
The role focuses on gathering requirements, supporting SAP solutions, and ensuring effective delivery within agreed cost, time and resource constraints.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with business stakeholders, third-party SAP providers and IT teams to deliver projects and support activities
- Capture business requirements and produce functional specifications and user stories
- Provide first and second line SAP support in line with ITIL processes
- Support project delivery by maintaining clear and accurate documentation
- Act as a key liaison between business users and SAP service providers
- Coordinate and execute Unit, SIT and UAT testing with the business
- Produce KPI reporting to support SAP support and enhancement management
Skills & Experience
- Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills
- Experience working in an ITIL environment
- Ability to manage priorities and build strong stakeholder relationships
- SAP functional knowledge in Sales & Distribution, Logistics Execution or Finance
- Experience managing third-party SAP dependencies
- FMCG / CPG industry experience desirable
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar

This role works Monday – Friday, 37-hours per week. 2 days in the office, 1 day flexible and 2 days from home per a week.
