Business Process Analyst – Midlands/Flexible
Up to £45,000 plus excellent benefits – ideally you will be Midlands based or able to get to a Midlands based office a few times a month.
This Business Process Analyst role is for an organisation progressing through a large scale transformation programme. It offers a fantastic opportunity to make real impact while the organisation invests heavily in its systems and software. The role is ideal for an experienced Business Process Analyst seeking variety and challenge.
Requirements for the role:
- Previous experience in process improvement & transformation within a large, multi‑site organisation.
- Ability to support large‑scale transformation projects.
- Strong analytical skills to assess processes & quantify potential process improvements.
- Exceptional communication abilities to manage stakeholder expectations.
Responsibilities include:
- Process mapping & documentation.
- Development of a new target operating model.
- Requirements gathering and data analysis.
- Identifying automation opportunities by working closely with software development teams.
- Providing improvement recommendations.
The salary/package is up to £45,000 per annum depending on experience, plus excellent benefits including a company car and flexible working opportunities.
