We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Service Manager to lead Ofsted-regulated supported accommodation services for looked‑after young people aged 16–18 across sites in the Stockport area.

Earning Potential: Up to £42,500Salary: Up to £42,500Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm

Home 1 – (Macclesfield area)

• 2-bed supported accommodation (ages 16–18)
• Currently 1 young person in placement

Home 2 – (Edgeley, Stockport)

• 2-bed supported accommodation (ages 16–18)
• Currently 1 young person in placement

Who Our Client Is Looking For

• Previous Ofsted registration in supported accommodation within the past 2 years (16–18 provision)
• Level 5 qualification (or working towards)
• Strong safeguarding knowledge and understanding of regulatory frameworks
• Confidence managing Ofsted registration processes and inspections
• Commitment to therapeutic, trauma‑informed care
