What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a 360 recruitment role
- Strong billing track record in a white collar or technical market
- Self-starter mentality with the drive to build and manage your own desk
- Commercially aware with excellent relationship-building skills
- Passion for delivering high-quality service to both clients and candidates
