We’re hiring a Graduate/Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our European contract recruitment team. Based in London, you’ll be working in a fast-paced, international environment, placing top talent across the continent.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building and managing your own client and candidate network across Europe
• Making outbound calls to potential clients and candidates
• Running a full 360° recruitment desk – from business development to candidate placement
• Negotiating contracts and closing deals
• Learning from experienced consultants and receiving ongoing training

What We’re Looking For

• Some experience in sales (product or service) is ideal – of course attitude is most important!
• Confident communicator who’s comfortable picking up the phone and making calls
• Ambitious, resilient, and resilient again!
• Fluent in English (additional European languages are a bonus!)
• Willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced, commercial environment
