Role Overview
As part of the Customer Experience and Operations team, you will manage the end‑to‑end movement of goods across our global network, ensuring efficient, compliant, and timely delivery across UK, EU, US, and emerging markets. The role demands strong organisational leadership, commercial acumen, and the ability to juggle multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously.

- Working Hours: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday

Your Main Responsibilities
- Global Logistics & Distribution Management – Lead coordination and performance of the global logistics operation, overseeing inbound freight, customs, warehousing, and final‑mile delivery.
- Operational Performance & Carrier Management – Drive excellence across partners, monitor service levels, manage carrier relationships, review metrics, and implement improvements.
- Escalation & Issue Resolution – Own operational escalations, resolve customs delays, inventory constraints, and delivery disruptions swiftly to minimise impact.
- Continuous Improvement & Strategic Projects – Identify operational efficiencies, support strategic projects, implement new processes and systems, and build future‑ready operations.
Accountability
- OTIF Accountability – Maintain high On Time In Full performance across all channels and territories.
- Freight & Logistics Cost Management – Manage freight costs while balancing service performance and commercial goals.
- Global Compliance & Customs Responsibility – Ensure all international shipping and customs activities comply with regulations.
- Inventory Flow & Operational Visibility – Oversee efficient stock movement and visibility across warehouses, freight providers, and internal stakeholders.
