Base Pay Range
Up to £40,000 basic salary (depending on experience)

- Hybrid role – 2 days in Buckinghamshire head office plus regular travel
Responsibilities
- Managing a mix of existing accounts and developing new business across wholesale, independent retail & education channels
- Full accountability for own customer base including wholesalers, resellers, independents, buying groups and high street customers
- Drive and develop the brand further in this area and lead the channel for the business
- Report into UK Head of Sales & Managing Director and be part of a small close‑-knit team
- Build long‑lasting relationships and grow the business through customer visits and office time
- Develop and execute all Joint Business Plans working closely with the rest of the team
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing and promotion across customer base
Qualifications
- Previous territory, account management or field sales experience in an FMCG category
- Experience managing wholesalers, buying groups, independent retailers or resellers is beneficial but not essential
- Experience in a non‑food consumer goods area would be beneficial
- Personable, likeable and ambitious
- Strong commercial acumen, proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Able to manage a mix of office‑working, field, and home‑based work, and travel as necessary
