• You are currently at the General Management level
• You have strong experience in driving sales growth
• You have experience within a fast:paced, leisure or hospitality environment
• Experience maintaining high standards plus delivering excellent service first time every time.
• Retaining and developing your team into strong, self:efficient managers
• A strong focus on building, motivating and retaining teams of staff and the ability to demonstrated experience in this area.
• Structured/branded experience with Profit and Loss account management
