Group Finance Director – Health and Social Care – Care Homes – North West England
I am currently recruiting for an inspiring individual and strategic thinker with the ability to earn the confidence and respect necessary to bring about real change, to join the executive team at a growing care group in the North.
As an experienced finance professional you will have vision and drive, with strong leadership skills, to bring your team and the organisation on a journey of growth.
Responsibilities
As an experienced finance professional you will:
- Provide strategic financial leadership and direction as a member of the executive team
- Lead and develop the finance function to support growth and organisational objectives
- Embed new systems and processes to enhance financial management and reporting
Qualifications and requirements
To be considered for this position you will have:
- Worked as a Finance Director or Chief Financial Officer
- A dynamic personality and a proven ability to create a sense of purpose for your team
- A strong understanding of financial management principles, accounting practices, and financial reporting
- A proven track record of strategic and operational financial management
- A track record of embedding new systems and processes
What will set you aside
- Experience of a private equity sale
- Having worked within health and social care
- Knowledge of working with local authorities and ICBs
- Board level experience
