Commercial Finance Director
Trinity House Group is delighted to be recruiting a Commercial Finance Director to lead a large finance function for our International Services Organisation, based in Warwickshire. The successful candidate will be the driving force behind strategic decision‑making, ensuring financial operations are optimised for growth and success.

Preferred Requirements
- Extensive experience in commercial finance leadership, with a proven track record of driving business performance within a large, complex organisation
- Expertise in leading and developing high‑performing teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment
- Proficiency in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Adept at leveraging financial systems and technologies to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to align financial strategies with the organisation’s overall goals
Preferred Qualifications
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
- Proven leadership experience in a large, complex organisation (ideally with international subsidiaries)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage with senior executives and cross‑functional teams
A base salary of £80,000 – £90,000 is offered for this role, with hybrid working (3 days on site), flexible working patterns, and impressive annual leave and pension contributions.
