Our client is seeking a Workflow Renovations Specialist to join their dynamic team in London. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a global leader in the origination, distribution and trading of equity, equity-linked and equity-derivative securities.
What you’ll do:
- Conduct a thorough review of existing workflows related to structured products.
- Map out the current processes to understand interactions and dependencies.
- Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement within the current workflow.
- Analyse the efficiency of current procedures and propose strategic enhancements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights on workflow challenges.
- Develop criteria for measuring workflow effectiveness and performance benchmarks.
- Assess which elements of the workflow can be streamlined through automation.
- Partner with IT and automation teams to design and implement automated solutions.
- Create redesigned workflows that incorporate identified improvements and automation features.
- Ensure that the new workflows align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
What you bring:
- Significant experience in structured products or similar industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex workflows.
- Familiarity with automation tools and technologies is preferred.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
