Quality Engineer: NDT, Inspections & Process Improvement

Workforce Staffing is looking for a Quality Engineer in Worcester to join a precision-focused manufacturing team. You’ll lead incoming, in-process, and final inspections, oversee NDT testing, and ensure full traceability of materials, welding and electrical components.

You’ll develop and manage ITPs, weld maps, quality plans and NCRs while driving continuous improvement. Strong communication on shop floor and with clients is essential to deliver defect-free products.
