Charto Recruitment is a growing recruitment agency based in Barnsley. Although we are only two years on the market, we already support a key client with a large workforce, and now we’re ready to expand.
We are looking for a proactive and confident Business Development Manager who can help us build new client relationships and grow our portfolio.
The Role
This is a hands‑on role where you will directly influence the future of the business. You will focus on generating new clients, promoting our services, and helping us place our existing workforce across Barnsley and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the industrial and warehousing sectors.
- Build strong, long‑term relationships with clients and decision‑makers.
- Promote Charto Recruitment’s services and match our available workforce to client needs.
- Develop and implement growth strategies to expand our client base.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Monitor local market trends to support business planning.
