Creative Brand Manager
We’re looking for a Creative Brand Manager to lead an in-house creative studio and champion brand consistency and creative excellence across all customer touchpoints.
This newly created role sits within the Marketing & Brand team and combines creative leadership, brand guardianship and studio management. Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Brand, you’ll lead and inspire a team of 56 designers while remaining hands‑on across print and digital creative.
What Youll Do
- Lead and motivate a creative studio
- Own brand consistency across channels
- Turn briefs into compelling, multi-channel campaigns
- Balance leadership with hands‑on design
- Deliver high-quality creative, on brand and on time
About You
- Proven experience leading or mentoring creative teams
- Strong brand and design background with a solid portfolio
- Confident across digital and print design (travel or hospitality a plus)
- Expert user of Adobe CC; strong PowerPoint and Canva skills
- Proactive, collaborative and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment
