THE ROLE:
We are hiring a Project Manager Team Leader to lead the successful delivery of Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects.
This is a hands‑on leadership role, with approximately 75% focused on project delivery and 25% dedicated to mentoring and supporting a small team of Project Managers. You’ll manage multiple projects while ensuring customers receive an exceptional delivery experience from initiation through to go-live.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects
- Deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget
- Create, maintain, and manage project plans throughout the project lifecycle
- Work closely with consultants, developers, and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution
- Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
- Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues
- Provide regular project updates to customers and internal stakeholders
- Support, mentor, and develop a small team of Project Managers
- Promote best practice across project delivery and continuous improvement initiatives
- Work across both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
THE CANDIDATE:
We’re looking for an experienced ERP Project Manager who has delivered Microsoft Dynamics Business Central projects within a Microsoft Partner environment.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central implementation projects
- Previous experience working for a Microsoft PartnerStrong project planning, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
- Strong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Ability to lead projects independently while supporting and mentoring colleagues
- Proactive, organised, and able to perform in a fast-paced consultancy environment
