Internal Recruiter – Automotive Engineering – To £40,000 + Bonus (OTE £55,000) – West Midlands or Essex.
Overview
International Tier 1 suppliers to the Automotive sector are seeking an experienced Automotive Recruiter to join their internal team delivering engineers for cutting‑edge automotive design and development projects (including Hybrid & EV projects).

Responsibilities
- Work with candidates from interview stage right through to the offer stage.
- Sourcing permanent and contract engineers including Manufacturing Engineers, Software Test Engineers, System Design Engineers, EDS Engineers, Powertrain Engineers, CAE Engineers, BOM Engineers, etc.
- Deliver engineers for cutting‑edge automotive design and development projects.
Requirements
- Experience as a recruiter in the automotive or engineering sectors.
- Independent legal authorisation to live and work in the UK.
- Ability to source and place candidates within the UK automotive engineering industry.
