An established UK-based recruitment business with over 25 years of experience is looking for Tech Recruitment Consultants to join their new Swindon office.
The business specialises in Tech & Telecoms recruitment across permanent, contract, managed services and project roles, with clients across the UK, Europe, and select global markets.
This is a fantastic opportunity for Tech recruiters who want to focus on client development and placements while benefiting from a strong delivery support model.
The cleint has a collaborative, supportive culture and operate with trust and work ethic, rather than rigid KPIs.

The Role
- Generate and manage client relationships
- Verify and manage candidates through the process
- Focus on desk growth and revenue generation
- Work closely with a supportive, collaborative local team
Who We Are Looking For
- Previous recruitment experience in Tech or Telecoms (perm/contract/project)
- Commercially minded, proactive, and relationship-focused
- Enjoys working collaboratively in a supportive team environment
