Cnc Machine Operator

Our client is seeking a skilled and reliable CNC Machinist to join their team in an onshore machine shop role. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established oilfield machinery supplier based in central Aberdeen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and set up CNC programmes, including checking first-off runs
• Machine preparation of valves and associated equipment prior to welding
• Carry out machining and finishing of valves and equipment following welding and PWHT (Post Weld Heat Treatment)
• Conduct in-process inspections on manufactured and re-worked components
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality and safety standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Experience working with valves or similar precision components (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Standard hours (Apply online only) Monday to Friday, overtime available.
