Job Description:

About The Role

Senior Analyst roles of this calibre are genuinely rare, particularly within a high‑performing Diversified team supporting a complex, high‑value portfolio with a strong property client base. This role is a critical part of the portfolio, working directly with a Senior Relationship Executive as their primary support and trusted partner across day‑to‑day portfolio management and complex transactions.

This is a senior‑level opportunity for an experienced Analyst with commercial lending experience who is ready to step into a role requiring sound judgement, strong risk awareness and confidence managing complexity. While experience supporting diversified or property‑led portfolios is advantageous, the team is happy to coach and support more complex transactions, making this an excellent next step for someone looking to deepen their capability in a sophisticated environment.

In this role, you will take ownership of complex credit submissions, detailed annual and interim reviews, and the execution of diversified lending transactions, many of which involve property‑backed structures. You will operate in a high‑trust environment where accuracy, commercial judgement and disciplined risk thinking are essential, working closely with the Senior RE to support and grow long‑standing client relationships.

With direct exposure to senior stakeholders across Credit, Risk, Loans Processing and external professional service providers, this role offers immediate impact, strong visibility and meaningful development. You’ll play a central role in the performance of a high‑value diversified portfolio while building depth across complex lending scenarios alongside a highly experienced Senior RE.

About You

You are a technically strong corporate banking professional who is comfortable analysing financial statements, corporate structures and lending proposals, and translating this analysis into high‑quality credit submissions that stand up to scrutiny. You bring advanced numeracy and financial modelling capability and take pride in your attention to detail, knowing that accuracy, judgement and risk awareness are critical in this environment. You are confident engaging with senior internal stakeholders and external clients, brokers and advisors, and you communicate clearly and professionally at all levels.

You are someone who enjoys being relied upon and trusted, who can manage multiple priorities without losing focus, and who understands the importance of process, policy and regulatory compliance in corporate banking. You deliver a high standard of customer service, take ownership of outcomes, and are motivated by being part of a close‑knit, high‑performing team.
