Your role
Working with colleagues in the IT department, you will be responsible for monitoring and triaging inbound support requests via our ITSM platform, taking initial steps to resolve requests using your 1st line technical support skills and escalating issues where necessary.
You should be able to work independently as well as within teams, bringing a flexible approach and attitude that enables collaboration on support incidents. You will work as part of a close‑knit and highly skilled team of IT Engineers as well as with other internal teams.
Your goals will include providing continuous improvement to our support structure, updating processes, support documentation and the ITSM platform itself to enhance the services and the experience of our customers.
As the primary communication link between the IT Infrastructure department, other business departments, partner service providers, suppliers, and customers, you will provide a friendly and approachable gateway to Pharmaxo IT services for all.

- Annual salary: £25,000 – £29,000
- Annual leave of 25 days + bank holidays (increasing to 27 days after 3 years’ service)
- Pension – auto‑enrolled after 3 months of employment at 5% (with an employer contribution of 4%). You can also opt to increase your contribution to 6% to which the employer will contribute 8%.
