Tasks

• Act as a trusted advisor to existing clients
• Own the full contract recruitment lifecycle
• Win and grow new client accounts
• Help us scale by collaborating with the team to improve how we work and take our product to the next level

Requirements

• Ability to manage client relationships and deliver roles end‑to‑end (experience can be from either permanent or contract recruitment)
• Able to demonstrate results in this space and quantify performance with numbers
• A team player who is interested in growing a business
• Highly competitive uncapped commission structure
• Potential equity options after 1 year (performance dependent)
