What will you do?

As a Compliance Manager EMEA, you will be responsible for overseeing the Quality, Environment, Safety, and Health policies within our organisation, with a strong focus on compliance. Reporting to the QHSE Director EMEA, you will be supported by the EMEA Quality Co-Ordinator and the EMEA HSE Co-Ordinator as direct reports.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Compliance & Regulations: Translating laws and regulations into practical work procedures and ensuring compliance.
  • QHSE Management System: Implementing, maintaining, and ensuring the effectiveness of our QHSE management system.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Leading and motivating your team.
  • Audits & Process Optimization: Overseeing internal and external audits and initiating improvement projects.
  • Awareness & Training: Organising training sessions to enhance awareness of quality, safety, and compliance within the organisation.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder engagement: Actively working with management and various departments to foster a strong QHSE culture.

What do you bring?

We are looking for an experienced QHSE professional with a strong compliance background and a proactive mindset.

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably at European level.
  • Proven expertise in systems, such as ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, & BRC/FSSC 22000.
  • Experience with compliance and translating regulations into practical processes.
  • Strong analytical, assertive, and structured approach.
  • Willingness for regular travel within the region to visit our locations, suppliers, and customers.
