Role : Industrial Print Site Engineer Location: Must reside within 1 hour of site – Norfolk Travel: UK-wide as required, plus occasional European travel for training Role We are seeking a skilled Site Service Technician to support the performance, uptime and reliability of specialist production equipment across customer sites. You will complete expert-level product training and deliver a full range of onsite services including installation, troubleshooting, break-fix repairs, preventative maintenance, performance optimisation and operator training. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced technical environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service. Duties Service & Support
- Attend customer sites within your assigned territory to complete break-fix repairs, preventative maintenance and machine optimisation.
- Diagnose issues efficiently using information provided by remote support teams.
- Deliver all service activities in a professional, customer-focused manner.
Installations
- Complete onsite equipment installations to required standards.
- Ensure all configuration, testing and handover processes are completed thoroughly.
Training & Development
- Provide operator training, SOP guidance and ongoing skills development to ensure equipment is used and maintained effectively.
Administration
- Maintain accurate service records, documentation, analytics and expense submissions.
- Update service systems in real time to ensure full visibility of ongoing work.
Expectations
- Work a rotating shift pattern: 4 days (7am-7pm), 4 days off, 4 nights (7pm-7am), 4 days off, repeating.
- Provide additional shift cover during holidays when required.
- Build strong relationships with customers through respectful, clear communication.
- Escalate critical issues promptly and follow through until resolution.
- Communicate product updates, enhancements and service opportunities to customers.
- Identify and share potential sales leads through the service system.
- Meet and strive to exceed all KPIs, identifying areas for further training or development.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, integrity and safety at all times.
- Complete all required training, certifications and ongoing development activities within agreed timelines.

Desired Requirements
- High school / primary technical education required; technical college qualification preferred.
- 1-3 years’ experience in a break-fix service environment.
- Clean and safe driving record.
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce and service management applications.
- Completion of personality and technical competency assessments.
Additional Requirements
- Flexibility to work the shift pattern and provide additional cover when needed.
- Willingness to travel across the UK and occasionally within Europe for training.
- Must live within one hour of the site.
