As a Food & Beverage Manager, you’ll bring a fresh perspective and a whole lot of personality to your team. You’ll need to be confident in your abilities, have a passion for delivering great food and drink experiences, and be able to strike the perfect balance between professionalism and personability. This multifaceted role demands a unique blend of leadership skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Tasked with overseeing the entirety of the food and beverage department, your duties extend beyond managing a team. You’ll oversee every culinary creation and beverage dispensed to ensure they uphold the highest standards. In addition, you’ll manage health and safety compliance to maintain a safe and organised workplace.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the entirety of the food and beverage department, including leadership of the team and all culinary and beverage offerings.
- Ensure all culinary creations and beverages uphold the highest standards of quality and service.
- Manage health and safety compliance to maintain a safe and organised workplace.
- Provide leadership, develop staff, and foster a high-performance culture in a 24/7 casino environment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience as a General Manager, Assistant Manager, or F&B manager in a reputable branded or independent food and beverage organisation.
- Working knowledge of stocks, ordering and stocktaking result analysis.
- Minimum level 3 food safety (current or expired).
- A real passion for delivering the highest standards and experience to customers.
Please be advised that this role operates within a 24/7 casino environment and will require flexibility to work night shifts and weekends. Candidates must be 18 years of age or older and have the legal right to work in the UK.
