UK Sales Manager

UK-wide, location flexible

Base salary £70,000-85,000+ 20% Bonus + EV Company Car + Excellent Benefits

A leading international organisation within the construction and building technology sector is seeking an experienced UK Sales Manager to take full commercial responsibility for its UK operations.

This is a high-impact leadership role, managing a national sales team and driving strategic growth across a well-established and highly respected brand.

The Opportunity

As UK Sales Manager, you will lead and develop a team of 6 Area Sales Managers and 1 Key Account Manager, while shaping and delivering the UK sales strategy.

You will play a visible role in the market—building relationships with distributors, installers, and key partners—while ensuring strong commercial performance and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing national sales team
  • Define and execute the UK sales strategy and territory plans
  • Drive performance against KPIs, targets, and commercial objectives
  • Grow market share through both new business and customer retention
  • Build and strengthen relationships with distributors, installers, and industry partners
  • Collaborate with marketing to enhance brand presence across events and campaigns
  • Contribute to strategic decision-making as part of the UK leadership team

About You

  • Proven sales leadership experience within construction, building technology, or technical B2B sectors
  • Strong track record managing and developing field-based sales teams
  • Experience working with distributor and installer networks
  • Commercially astute, with the ability to analyse data and drive strategy
  • A strategic thinker who can also deliver operational results
  • Willingness to travel across the UK
