Base pay range

$40,000.00/yr – $55,000.00/yr

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the construction industry dealing with Main/General/Principal for at least 3 years (mandatory)
  • Track record of making agreements and influencing Main/General/Principal contractors
  • English C1/C2 (mandatory); Other languages are a plus
  • Goal oriented and initiative-taking self-starter
  • UK citizen or have a valid permanent residence and/or working visa for more than 2 years in the UK (mandatory)
  • Greater London (preferred)
  • National Travel is required

Main Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers in top-tier main contractors (Tier 1) involved in high-rise construction projects.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for major clients, understanding their unique requirements, project specifications, and challenges.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering innovative technical solutions that meet their construction needs and align with industry trends.

Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the high-rise sector, focusing on securing key contracts and partnerships with main contractors.
  • Develop and execute strategic account development plans to drive growth, profitability, and long-term partnerships.
  • Work closely with the technical team to deliver presentations and demonstrations of products and services to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements that maximize value for both the company and clients.

Project Management and Coordination:

  • Collaborate across the organisation to ensure seamless delivery of solutions from proposal to project completion.
  • Oversee key projects, ensuring that client expectations are met and technical solutions are implemented according to the contract.
  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments within the high-rise construction sector, providing insights to the leadership team.
  • Prepare reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market intelligence.

Product Knowledge:

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s portfolio of technical solutions, including materials, software, and innovative technologies used.
  • Stay informed about competitors’ offerings and industry advancements, ensuring our solutions remain competitive and differentiated.

Others:

  • Bachelor’s in engineering or Business preferred but not a must.
