Location: Grangemouth
Pay: 13.01 per hour – Training Period / 14.40 per hour – On Completion of Training
Hours: Monday to Friday – Early Shift 6am – 2pm / Back Shift 2pm – 10pm / Rotational
About the Role
We are looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operators to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse team. This hands-on role involves supporting the day-to-day warehouse operation, ensuring goods are handled safely and efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and housekeeping.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, check, sort and store incoming goods
- Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch
- Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently
- Move stock throughout the warehouse using appropriate equipment
- Work towards daily productivity and accuracy targets
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and housekeeping
- Follow site procedures and safe working practices at all times
- Support colleagues and work effectively as part of the warehouse team
- Assist with stock control and inventory checks as required
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a warehouse, production, logistics, or similar environment is desirable, although transferable skills will be considered
- Ability to work in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment
- Good attention to detail and accuracy when handling stock and orders
- Ability to follow instructions, processes, and site procedures
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude towards teamwork
- Reliable with a consistent work history demonstrating dependability
- Experience using warehouse equipment is advantageous but not essential as training may be provided
