Location: London HO- Vauxhall (Hybrid – Work-from-home Fridays!)

Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 (Negotiable based on experience) + Excellent Benefits

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Act as the main point of contact for all HR matters, providing expert advice and guidance to managers and employees.
  • Lead and manage complex employee relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, and absence.
  • Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices are legally compliant and aligned with best practice.
  • Partner with senior leaders to support workforce planning, organisational development, and people strategy.
  • Manage and develop the HR team, providing coaching, support, and direction.
  • Oversee HR systems and payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Lead employee engagement, wellbeing, and retention initiatives.
  • Support learning and development activities and career progression pathways.
  • Drive HR projects that support company culture, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
  • Analyse HR data and metrics to inform decision-making and report on people trends.
  • Champion company values and promote a fair, inclusive, and high-performance culture.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Proven experience in a generalist HR role at Manager or Senior HR level
  • Strong, up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
  • Confident advising and influencing stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership
  • Experience managing employee relations cases independently
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism
  • CIPD Level 5 (or above) qualified or working towards (desirable)
  • Fluent Spanish or Portuguese is a plus (but not essential)
