About The Team
The Employment Department advises both employers and employees on a broad range of matters, including:
- Employment tribunals and litigation
- Mediation
- Policies and procedures
- TUPE
- Settlement Agreements
The team takes a partner‑led approach and works closely with other specialist departments across the firm, fostering an open and supportive culture that encourages collaboration and professional development.
Requirements
- Qualified Employment Solicitor / Employment Lawyer with at least 3 years’ PQE in Employment Law (more experienced candidates also welcomed)
- Strong technical skills and a commercial approach
- Positive, professional, commercially minded, and focused on delivering excellent client service
- A natural team player, you thrive in a friendly and dynamic environment where contributions are recognised and valued
