Hours: 39 hours per week (4 nights one week, 3 nights the next, 18:45-07:00). Option to consider 3:3 schedule.

Salary: £24.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead night shifts with confidence, positivity, and professionalism.
  • Deliver high-quality person-centred care, ensuring residents’ individual needs are fully supported.
  • Develop, review, and follow personalised care plans that reflect holistic, outcome-focused support.
  • Monitor residents’ health and wellbeing, administering medications safely and accurately.
  • Maintain full compliance with company procedures and regulatory standards.
  • Foster a respectful, warm, and supportive environment for residents and colleagues.
  • Champion continuous learning and development to enhance care delivery.

About You

  • Valid NMC Registration (Registered General Nurse).
  • Strong understanding of person-centered care and dignity in care.
  • Confident shift leadership and excellent communication skills.
  • Computer literate and committed to ongoing professional development.
  • Experience with dementia and/or end-of-life care (desirable).
  • Experience using electronic care planning systems, ideally PCS (desirable).
  • Proven ability to develop and implement person-centered care plans (desirable).
  • Warm, friendly, positive, and genuinely passionate about supporting older people.
