Recoveries / Restructuring Opportunity – Real Estate Finance | London

I’m currently working on behalf of a well-established specialist property lender looking to hire into their Recoveries / Watchlist team in London.

This is a genuinely interesting role for someone with exposure to:

▪️ Development Finance

▪️ Bridging Finance

▪️ Distressed / impaired loans

▪️ Watchlist management

▪️ Restructuring & recoveries

▪️ Portfolio management

The role will involve managing deteriorating real estate loans, working closely with legal professionals, surveyors and insolvency practitioners, whilst helping formulate recovery and turnaround strategies across a varied property-backed portfolio.

Ideal backgrounds could include:

• Recoveries
• Special Assets
• Portfolio Management
• Workout / Restructuring
• Credit Risk
• Development Finance Portfolio Management

Hybrid working – Central London.

This could suit someone coming from a challenger bank, bridging lender, specialist property lender or real estate debt fund.
