Provide assistance with physical and emotional support of service users, maximising Independence and assisting in empowering them to set and achieve personal goals. Ensuring all their needs are met as outlined in their own personal care plan. Work efficiently in a team and independently. The right candidate needs to be hard working. Maintain a high standard of care and comfort for all service users in the home, with the help of other designations of staff, in line with their individual care plans. Report any concerns, worries or changes of the service user to the person in charge. Keep the home clean and tidy. Always maintain confidentiality.
No experience is needed for this job role but would be a bonus if you had experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Familiarity with home care or assisted living settings
