Quant Capital in London is seeking an Execution Trader / Trade Operations to join our high-frequency and algorithmic trading desk. You will help manage execution across equities, support trade capture, and monitor automated flows in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
The role requires a quantitative degree, experience in buy-side or prop trading, and familiarity with Linux, SQL and scripting. You will work closely with traders to optimize execution and contribute to alpha generation.
