The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Senior Platform / DevOps Engineer to play a key role in a large-scale Azure transformation programme. This is a hands‑on, delivery focused contract supporting the migration of critical Windows Server workloads from on‑premises environments into Azure.
You’ll be working at the heart of enterprise cloud infrastructure, driving platform stability, security, automation, and migration activity across Azure and AKS environments.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex enterprise estates and enjoys building robust, scalable Azure platforms.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and enhance AKS platforms, including cluster operations, performance optimisation, and security hardening
- Design and manage enterprise‑grade Azure networking, including VNets, subnets, NSGs, UDRs, and private endpoints
- Lead and support Windows Server lift-and-shift migrations from on‑prem to Azure
- Automate infrastructure and operational processes using PowerShell
- Contribute to platform improvements across Azure IaaS and core services
- Work closely with infrastructure, security, and application teams to ensure seamless delivery
What We’re Looking For
- Strong hands‑on expertise with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
- Deep understanding of Azure networking within complex enterprise environments
- Advanced PowerShell scripting capability
- Proven track record delivering Windows Server lift-and-shift migrations to Azure
- Solid experience across Azure IaaS and core platform services
- OUTSIDE IR35
- Hybrid working – 1 day per week in London
- Single-stage interview process
