Senior IT Infrastructure & Support Engineer – Hybrid (Bristol)

Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a senior IT Infrastructure & Support Engineer to join the Development Tools IT Team. You will support ~120 users across Bristol and Dublin, owning complex 2nd/3rd line issues, managing local infrastructure, and driving patching and vulnerability remediation.

You will troubleshoot Windows, Linux, and MacOS endpoints and servers, support VMware, Proxmox, and security tooling, and help deliver infrastructure projects with a small, hands‑on team.
