The role
This is a hands‑on, high‑impact engineering role where you’ll be building and deploying AI solutions directly with clients. You’ll go from idea → prototype → production at speed, solving complex problems along the way.
What you’ll be doing
- Designing and building AI‑powered applications using cutting‑edge LLM frameworks
- Developing APIs, integrations, and scalable backend systems (Python‑focused)
- Creating intelligent workflows, agents, and retrieval‑based systems (RAG, etc.)
- Working directly with clients to turn challenges into working solutions — fast
- Leading technical discussions and influencing how solutions are shaped
- Mentoring others and contributing to a high‑performing engineering culture
What they’re looking for
- Strong software engineering background with production experience
- Hands‑on work with LLMs (prompting, APIs, agents, evaluation)
- Solid Python skills and experience building APIs (FastAPI or similar)
- Confident communicator — able to bridge technical and non‑technical worlds
