Excellent opportunity to join a market-leading Professional Negligence team in Bristol ranked Band 1 for their professional negligence work focussed on complex construction and engineering disputes.
The role
- Defending professional negligence claims against contractors and construction professionals
- Advising leading insurers, brokers and international construction and engineering firms
- Supporting on insurance-related disputes and policy coverage matters
- Working closely with ranked partners on high-value and high-profile matters
- Building strong client relationships while developing your own market profile and network
What experience is required
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive circa 1–4 PQE
- Strong construction and engineering disputes background
- Professional negligence disputes experience
- Insurance or policy coverage experience, ideally
