We’re working with an enterprise conversational AI platform that’s been quietly doing the serious work since 2016. They help banks, insurers, and large organisations automate customer service at scale, virtual agents that resolve over 90% of queries without a human involved. Not a startup with a demo and a dream. A Gartner Magic Quadrant Leader with Nordic Capital backing, a CEO who spent eight years at Salesforce, and a CRO who came through Salesforce and Celonis. London is a core part of their European growth and they need a Senior SDR to help them build pipeline in the UK and across the continent.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Researching target accounts and building personalised outreach that doesn’t read like a template
  • Cold calling VP and C-suite level contacts at banks, insurers, and telcos. Not junior contacts
  • Running properly orchestrated multi-channel outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Qualifying prospects and handing off to the enterprise sales team with tight, useful briefings
  • Staying sharp on the competitive landscape so objections don’t catch you off guard

You Should Apply If You…

  • Have at least 2 years of B2B SaaS SDR or BDR experience with a genuine outbound focus
  • Have called and emailed VP-level and above, not just mid-market contacts
  • Can point to consistent, measurable performance: meetings booked, quota hit, pipeline built
