Salary: £45,000- £55,000

We are seeking an experienced Senior Structural Design Engineer to join a dynamic multi-disciplinary consultancy in Norwich. As a key member of the engineering department, you will lead projects, collaborate with clients, and deliver innovative structural solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop structural solutions for various projects predominantly within the residential, commercial, industrial, transportation and leisure sectors.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements.
• Analyse and interpret data, identifying potential design issues.
• Develop and implement structural designs using industry-standard software.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations.

Qualifications

• Gained a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Relevant experience in structural design engineering likely gained from consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of structural analysis and design software (e.g., Autodesk, STAAD, ETABS, Tekla, TEDDS).
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Chartered or working towards Chartership.
