Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 basic + up to 45% commission (no threshold)

They are now hiring for their Energy & Utilities Contract desk, offering a genuine 360 opportunity with no threshold commission and the autonomy to build something substantial.

What you’ll be doing:
- Running a full 360 contract desk within Energy & Utilities
- Generating new business and developing long-term client partnerships
- Sourcing and managing contract professionals
- Negotiating rates, margins and contract terms
- Building a strong pipeline of repeat business
- Managing contractor care and compliance
