Based in the heart of London, our client is a fast-paced sales and marketing company representing some of the most well-known brands in the country. Due to current expansion, they are looking to grow their direct sales team with ambitious, forward-thinking Entry-Level Sales Assistants who have a passion for driving growth and the ability to turn ideas into impactful campaigns.
This role offers a fantastic day rate plus uncapped commission , ensuring your earnings directly reflect your effort and results.
This role is not suitable for students or international students, as the position requires a full-time commitment.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills. however, a background in sales, marketing, retail, hospitality, or other face-to-face customer relations roles is a bonus. A creative and strategic mindset with a passion for delivering unique and exceptional customer experiences. Full-time equivalent availability (4–5 days per week, Monday–Saturday).
Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to drive brand awareness and revenue growth. Build strong connections with consumers to boost brand loyalty and deliver memorable experiences. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for brand growth.

However, candidates with previous experience in the following areas will find it useful: customer service, sales representative, direct sales, field sales, warehouse, retail, call center, bar management, hospitality, marketing assistant, front of house, direct marketing, sales assistant, or canvassing.
This role is not suitable for candidates still in education (school/College/University) or current international students. Due to availability, our client is looking for candidates that can work 4/5 full days per week (Mon – Sat).
