Electronic Warfare Systems Engineer – Porton Down (SP4) – Full Time, Permanent
Salary: £50,000 – £65,000 DOE

What you’ll do:
- Define User and System Requirements and support the creation of Design Specifications.
- Apply Model-Based Systems Engineering (UML, SysML, ArchiMate) to turn concepts into operational solutions.
- Support testing, integration, and deployment of complex EW systems.
- Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, gaining exposure to real-world defence projects and evolving into a Subject Matter Expert.
Essential experience:
- Systems Engineering & System Design Documentation
- Defence industry knowledge of EW systems
- Test and acceptance of integrated systems
- Full Engineering Delivery Lifecycle experience
- Requirements Management (DOORS, Enterprise Architect, etc.)
Desirable skills:
- Systems Modelling (UML/SysML)
- Coding experience (JavaScript or MATLAB/Simulink)
- Previous military experience in EW systems (operator, maintenance, support, or acquisition)
